Twitter removed their RSS feeds ages ago, rendering the plugin useless. There are lots of solutions to grabbing tweets and displaying them on your site… if you’re custom coding, I’d lean towards something authenticated and transient based, beyond that Twitter has made things more difficult. You can use their widget, if your site is fairly low traffic.

The code was largely copied from an earlier version of flickrRSS. If you really really need to see it, drop me an email and I’ll see if I can find a version.
