There is no list and there was no meeting to put together such a list. There was a meeting at JPL on December 9, 2010 to discuss how the Hollywood and NASA communities could help one another. It was a very constructive interaction of ideas but there was never any effort or intent to construct alist of the worst sci-fi films. At this meeting, I noted that we had received several inquiries from concerned citizens about 2012. There are a number of internet sites that raise all sorts of ridiculous scenarios that we have tried to address: http://www.jpl.nasa.gov/video/index.cfm?all_videos&id=3D876#fragment-5 However, as I pointed out to the British journalist who recently interviewed me (and misquoted me), I have never even seen the 2012 movie. NASA would never put together a list of "worst sci-fi films." We are not movie critics. Don Yeomans Dr. Donald K.
