Here’s one of those phrases that I never really envisioned being published:

“In theory you could phone up and listen to dolphins while sitting in a traffic jam in Dublin,

Technology is a wild and wonderful thing. Someday, I want to be able to talk to the penguins or monkeys, give me my monkey-phone dammit.
